In this paper, the principle of principal component regression method is briefly introduced, and the concept of incompatibility factor (DF) is introduced to test the reliability of the analysis results. The method was applied to the simultaneous determination of tungsten, molybdenum and vanadium in rutin-CTMAB ternary color system by spectrophotometry, and achieved satisfactory results.
