联邦德国的西门子公司最近推出的MOS四极管,栅极长仅有1.0μm,然而过去为1.8μm;噪声系数为1dB,同类产品为2dB,可应用于电视调谐器里的输入放大器。

The MOS transistor of the Federal Republic of Germany recently introduced MOS has a gate length of only 1.0 μm but in the past 1.8 μm; a noise figure of 1 dB and a similar product of 2 dB, which can be applied to input amplifiers in TV tuners.
