房地产营销学是一门比较特殊的学科,房地产营销学教学强调的是理论与实践的结合,只有将理论与实践有效地结合起来,才能培养出更多的专业性人才。案例教学法是一种创新型的教学方法,它充分体现了理论与实践结合的教学理念,在教学过程中充分体现了学生的主体地位。在房地产营销学教学中应用案例教学法可以有效地激发学生的学习兴趣,提高学生的实践能力和创新能力,进而为我国现代社会培养更多的专业性人才。本文就案例教学法在房地产营销学教学中的应用进行了相关的分析。
Real estate marketing is a special subject. The teaching of real estate marketing emphasizes the combination of theory and practice. Only by combining theory with practice effectively can we cultivate more professional talents. The case teaching method is an innovative teaching method, which fully embodies the teaching idea of combining theory with practice. It fully embodies the student’s dominant position in the teaching process. Applying the case teaching method in the teaching of real estate marketing can effectively stimulate students ’interest in learning, enhance students’ practical ability and innovative ability, and then train more professional talents for our country’s modern society. This article has carried on the related analysis to the case teaching method in the real estate marketing teaching application.
