在职业学校的汽修专业中,对学生进行实践技能的训练是必不可少的,在社会不断进步的当前形势下,很显然,传统的汽修专业实训指导模式已经不能满足时代发展的需求。现代学徒制模式是以校企合作为基础,课程为纽带,把培养学生作为核心,学校和企业共同参与,教师和师傅共同指导的一种培养人才的新模式。分析现代学徒制的优点,探讨在中职汽修专业实训指导中应用现代学徒制的条件。
