2009年4月3日,江苏省科学技术厅、江苏省教育厅在南京联合召开了江苏省科技服务社会“校企联盟”行动动员大会,全面启动实施江苏省科技服务社会“校企联盟”行动。会议颁发了《江苏省科技服务社会“校企联盟”行动实施方案》,明确了“校企联盟”的总体目标、任务、职责分工、实施进度以及保障措施。“校企联盟”行动得到许多高校、院所的热烈响应,江苏高校已正式启动科技服务社会“校企联盟”行动计划,以此作为高校学习实践科学发展观活动的实践载体和有效平台,切实把“服务地方做贡献”的目标要求引向深入。
