目的 观察雌二醇对雌性大鼠血清与肝组织丙氨酸转氨酶 (AL T)、天门冬氨酸转氨酶 (AST)、碱性磷酸酶 (AL P)和谷氨酰转肽酶 (GGT)活性的影响。方法 血清 E2 含量用放射免疫分析检测 ,肝组织与血清AST、AL T、AL P和 GGT活性采用酶速率法检测。结果 大鼠摘除卵巢与注射雌二醇 (E2 )后 ,随着血清 E2 水平的降低或升高 ,血清与肝组织的 AST、AL T及 AL P活性也发生相应的变化。结论 E2 可促进肝组织合成 AL T、AST及 AL P,从而参与调节血中这些酶的相对稳定
Objective To observe the effects of estradiol on serum ALT, AST, ALP and GGT in female rats Impact. Methods The levels of serum E2 were detected by radioimmunoassay. The activities of AST, ALT, ALP and GGT in liver tissue and serum were detected by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay. Results After ovariectomized rats and estradiol (E2) were taken, the activities of AST, ALT and ALP in serum and liver tissue also changed correspondingly with the decrease or increase of serum E2 level. Conclusion E2 can promote the synthesis of ALT, AST and ALP in liver tissue and thus regulate the relative stability of these enzymes in blood
