目的了解并掌握我县内学校及食品店的食品安全状况,及时发现食品安全隐患。为食品安全风险评估、风险预警等采取有针对性的监管措施提供依据;进一步了解我县食源性疾病的发病及流行趋势,提高食源性疾病的预警与控制能力。方法常规食品安全抽样调查,共抽取了9类食品、36个品牌、126份样品,监测食品中污染物总体污染状况、污染趋势并为食品安全风险评估提供相关数据。结果均未检出致病菌如金黄色葡萄球菌、沙门菌、志贺菌、溶血性链球菌等。结论我县食品质量总体处于安全、可控状态,但应加强防控,防止食品安全事件发生。
Objectives To understand and grasp the food safety situation of schools and food stores in our county and discover the hidden dangers of food safety in time. To provide a basis for targeted food safety risk assessment, risk warning and other regulatory measures to further understand the incidence of foodborne diseases and epidemic trends in our county to improve the early warning and control of foodborne diseases. Methods A total of 9 food samples, 36 brands and 126 samples were collected from the routine food safety sampling survey to monitor the overall pollution status and pollution trend of food contaminants and to provide relevant data for food safety risk assessment. Results were not detected pathogens such as Staphylococcus aureus, Salmonella, Shigella, hemolytic streptococcus and so on. Conclusion The overall food quality in our county is in a safe and controllable state, but prevention and control should be strengthened to prevent food safety incidents.
