企办职业院校开展校企合作,能够发挥学校与所属企业互补的优势,共享的资源,提升学生的社会职业能力,使学生将校园学习与企业实践有机结合,切实提高职业教育目标的针对性和实效性,提高技能人才培养质量。本文以西安航天技工学校这所企办职业院校为例,浅谈了企办职业院校开展校企合作的优势和劣势。
To carry out the cooperation between schools and enterprises by undertaking vocational schools and colleges, it can bring into play the advantages of complementary schools and its affiliated enterprises, share resources and enhance students’ social vocational ability so that students can integrate campus learning with business practices and effectively raise the pertinence of vocational education goals And effectiveness, improve the quality of skilled personnel training. This article takes Xi’an Aerospace Technical School as a case study to discuss the advantages and disadvantages of carrying out the school-enterprise cooperation in vocational colleges.
