随着世界各国教育改革的不断深入与经验的积累,人们越来越认识到教师在教育改革中的作用。在教育改革中,各国都把教师素质的提高作为教育改革的核心问题。教师心理及其问题的研究也就成为人们关注的热点。当前,我国已进入新一轮的课程改革时期,有必要对教师心理研究十年(1995-2004)进展做一回顾与评析,以便了解我国教师心理研究的大致发展状况,从中发现问题,吸取经验,把握趋势。
