在高校学生宿舍楼内水房、厕所的脏、臭、堵的现象一直是困扰学校的一个老大难问题。主要原因:一是由于楼内学生多,管理不善,致使排水管道经常堵塞,而学校的维修管理人员有限,不能及时疏通。二是学院定时供水,不能及时冲洗。三是由于施工时卫生间没有加防水设施和管道不能按期刷油防锈,造成管道跑、冒、滴、漏。随着高校改革的深化,生源的竞争越来越明显。要求学校的“硬件”必须上去,必须解决好厕所、水房的卫生问题。
The phenomenon of dirty, stinky and blocked water rooms and toilets in college student dormitory buildings has always been a difficult problem that has plagued schools. Main reasons: First, due to the large number of students in the building and poor management, the drainage pipes often become blocked, and the school’s maintenance and management personnel are limited and cannot be cleared in time. The second is the regular water supply of the school and it cannot be flushed in time.
