作为一个航空企业所涉及的培训的内容是很广泛的,有企业员工自身的培训,也有对客户的培训。对企业而言,培训是一种投资,通过对员工的培训可以带来丰厚的回报。培训是促进航空业发展的一个重要环节,制造商通过为用户所开展的培训,为飞机的安全高效运营提供保障。本文以培训为题,邀请国际知名的航空企业谈培训问题。但受篇幅限制,仅从不同的角度对三家公司的情况作简单的介绍,让大家从另一个侧面,对长期以来为中国民用航空业发展作出贡献的外国公司有所了解,以后我们还将介绍其他公司在这方面的经验与做法
The content of the training involved as an aeronautical company is very extensive. There are trainings for the employees of the company and training for the customers. For companies, training is an investment that can bring substantial rewards by training employees. Training is an important part of promoting the development of the aviation industry. Manufacturers provide training for users to provide safe and efficient aircraft operations. This article is based on training and invites internationally renowned aviation companies to discuss training issues. However, due to space limitations, we briefly introduce the situation of the three companies from different perspectives, and let everyone understand from another perspective the foreign companies that have contributed to the development of the Chinese civil aviation industry for a long time.
