1 干热灭菌用50~60℃温度干热处理辣椒种子3h(小时),可减轻病毒病的危害;将干燥的黄瓜或番茄种子用60~70℃恒温处理72h(小时),可预防黄瓜枯萎病、黑星病和番茄病毒病等。处理前辣椒种子的含水量不能超过5%,黄瓜种子和番茄种子含水量不能超过10%,干热处理种子温度和时间一定要严格控制,以免影响种子发芽率。
