单纯性红细胞再生障碍性贫血(简称红再障),是一种少见的疾病。我院曾收治一例,报告如下:邓某,10个月,男孩,1981年3月20日入院。苍白,活动无力半日。10天前曾发烧、咳嗽、流涕,2—3天后自然痊愈。未见黄疸、黑便及尿色泽异常史,既往无接触或服用药物及化学物质史,母乳喂养,未加辅食,家庭中未见贫血患者。体检:营养中等,意识清楚,皮肤黄白,无出血性皮疹,浅在淋巴结不大,前囟1.5×1.5cm,结膜苍白,巩膜无黄染,口唇苍白,两肺未见异
Simple red cell aplasia (referred to as red aplastic anemia), is a rare disease. Our hospital has admitted a case, the report is as follows: Dengmou, 10 months, boy, March 20, 1981 admission.
