国内外很多研究成果表明,企业的发展规模与其资本结构之间存在着十分紧密的关系,于是我以新疆上市公司为样本,利用其相关数据建立起新疆上市公司的资本结构和公司规模的线性回归模型,以定量的分析方法来阐述他们之间的这种联系。回归结果表明新疆上市公司的公司规模与负债水平呈正相关,与企业的经营能力负相关,与每股收益呈正相关的关系。在实证分析结果的基础上,所以新疆企业要走出去西部,走向世界,就应从资本结构和公司规模相结合的角度制定企业战略,建设出一流的企业。
Many research results at home and abroad show that there is a very close relationship between the scale of development of a company and its capital structure. Therefore, I use the listed companies in Xinjiang as a sample to establish a linear regression of the capital structure and company size of Xinjiang listed companies Model, quantitative analysis of the way to elaborate on this link between them. The regression results show that the size of listed companies in Xinjiang is positively correlated with the level of debt, negatively correlated with the operating ability of the company and positively correlated with the earnings per share. Based on the results of empirical analysis, therefore, if Xinjiang enterprises want to go west and go global, they should formulate their strategies and build first-rate enterprises from the perspective of combining capital structure and company size.
