当前,在我国所有的煤矿巷道掘进机械设备中,AM50型悬臂式掘进机是一种比较常见的主力机型,而笔者在对这一机器使用情况进行全面调研观察发现之后发现,此类掘进机在对硬物质进行切割是,通常都会产生大幅度的振动,从而导致电控箱发生较大的振动,很容易会对箱内各种电器元件造成损坏,甚至还会影响到整机的安全稳定运行。所以,加强对掘进机电控箱隔振器的优化设计是非常有必要的。以下,笔者具体对掘进机电控箱隔振器进行了深入的研究讨论,并提出了一些自己的建议措施。
