目的 :针对米索前列醇在妇产科临床中的应用进行分析。方法 :选取接受米索前列醇进行治疗的患者53例进行研究。这53例患者中,28例为早期流产患者,20例为中期引产患者,5例是死胎引产患者。分别研究米索前列醇在不同阶段引流产中的治疗效果。结果:为患者应用米索前列醇后,28例早期流产患者均流产成功,总有效为100%。而20例中期引产患者中19例患者引产成功,总有效率为95%,1例没有明显宫缩反应。5例死胎引产患者引产成功人数为5例,总有效率为100%。结论 :针对妇产科患者进行米索前列醇的应用,可以使得因流产的成功几率大大提升,并且该药物在应用的过程中,并不会引发较为严重的不良反应,用药较为安全,在目前的妇产科临床中具有广泛的应用价值。
Objective: To analyze the application of misoprostol in obstetrics and gynecology. Methods: 53 patients who received misoprostol for treatment were selected. Of the 53 patients, 28 were early abortions, 20 were mid-term abortions and 5 were stillbirths. The effects of misoprostol on different stages of drainage were studied. RESULTS: After misoprostol was administered to patients, all 28 patients with early abortion had a successful abortion with a total effective rate of 100%. Twenty-nine of the 20 patients with mid-term induction of labor had successful induction of labor, with a total effective rate of 95%. One patient had no significant contractile response.
