目的 探讨早期帕金森病 (PD)患者工作记忆损害特点和神经心理及病理生理机制。方法 仿制并修订了Smith工作记忆检查软件 ,对 30例早期PD患者及 30名正常对照者进行工作记忆检查。结果 距离工作记忆正确率PD患者明显低于对照组 ,分别为 71 2 %± 11 0 %和 181 9%±10 8% ,差异有非常显著意义 (t=3 78,P <0 0 0 1) ;位置工作记忆正确率PD患者与对照组分别为94 8%± 5 7%和 96 6 %± 3 8% ,两者比较差异无显著意义 (t=1 4 6 ,P >0 0 5 )。结论 PD患者早期即有视觉空间工作记忆障碍 ,且主要损害相对的空间 (距离 )工作记忆。推测不同的工作记忆亚系统应用不同的神经环路
Objective To investigate the characteristics of working memory impairment, neuropsychological and pathophysiological mechanisms in patients with early Parkinson’s disease (PD). Methods The Smith working memory test software was imitated and revised, and working memory tests were performed in 30 patients with early PD and 30 normal controls. Results The correct rate of working memory in PD patients was significantly lower than that in the control group (71 2% ± 110% and 181 9% ± 108% respectively), with significant difference (t = 3 78, P 0 01) ; The correct rate of working memory in patients with PD was 94.8% ± 57.7% and 96.6% ± 38.0%, respectively. There was no significant difference between the two groups (t = 146, P> 0.05). Conclusion PD patients have visual spatial working memory impairment early, and mainly damage the relative spatial (distance) working memory. It is speculated that different working memory sub-systems use different neural circuits
