The application was introduced from Zhanjiang and grew normally after the winter in Zhejiang Province, and the new stems and shoots varieties introduced from Haikou were used as the experimental materials for overwintering conservation. This paper reports for the first time the effects of different density of algae, specific gravity of culture medium, water layer, light intensity, sediment and artificial low temperature treatment on survival and growth. The results showed that newly introduced algae grew fast and were sensitive to the drastic changes of environment. Algae that had been overwintered were more suitable for low temperature and low specific gravity. To about 0.3m of water layer, the proportion of 1.010, to avoid direct sunlight low light, to protect the security of winter. Drying at low temperatures is more lethal than freezing. Can withstand 7 days of 0 ℃ low temperature. Sandy sediment is conducive to overwintering conservation. In Zhejiang ordinary nursery room can be overwintering, after the winter, the mortality rate is less than 0.07% / d.
