机关事业单位社会保险制度改革是建立统一、规范和完善的社会保障体系的重要组成部分。最近,国务院发出《关于印发完善城镇社会保障体系试点方案的通知》(国发[2000]42号),对改革机关事业单位职工养老保险办法提出了新的要求。如何贯彻落实这个《通知》,进一步做好我省机关事业单位养老保险工作,笔者认为有必要对我省机关事业单位养老保险工作作一总结,并对今后工作发展思路作一探讨。一、情况我省的机关事业单位养老保险工作,是根据国务院国发[1991] 33号文件和省政府有关规定精神,从1992年陆续开展起来的。省、市、县(市、区)3级先后在人事部
