“合规性”贸易壁垒的应用已成为当今贸易保护的最明显特征。本文首先简要讨论了产业国际竞争力的内涵及其评价方法,进而说明产业国际竞争力受“合规性”贸易壁垒影响的作用机理,并分别就“合规性”贸易壁垒对实施国及对象国的产业国际竞争力的影响效应进行了具体分析。
The use of “compliance” trade barriers has become the most visible feature of today’s trade protection. This paper first briefly discusses the connotation of international competitiveness of industries and their evaluation methods, and then explains the international competitiveness of industries affected by “compliance” trade barriers and the mechanism of action, and respectively “compliance” trade barriers on the implementation of the state and the object The influence of the international competitiveness of Chinese industries is analyzed in detail.
