马鼻疽是畜类传染病,偶使人感染。人类马鼻疽国内报告甚少,1961年前先后报道20例,近十余年来国内未见报道,新疆产马区尚无病例报告。现将我院收治一例报告如下: 张××,男性,55岁,河南人,饲养员,1966年入疆。因高热4周伴全身衰竭于1978年2月9日入院。患者平素健康。1月15日突然高热,轻微咳嗽,多汗,大便干结,3天后左下肢跛行,至1月21日住公社卫生院,疑诊为伤寒,经多种抗菌素治疗未能奏效,持续高热不退,波动在39——40℃之间。此时左面部及前额呈弥漫性红肿,左膝关节肿痛,渐卧床不起,不进饮食,全身衰竭,神志慌惚,谵妄,而转入我院。入院检查:T、39.7℃、P、104次/分,BP130/90mmHg,消耗病容,
