法学与文学之间绝不是毫无关联的。通过语言视角的比较,揭示出法学语言与文学语言之间们联系与区别。而在具体的语境中,我们又能很好的理解法学与文学之间的相似与差异,这种全新的解读或许对于深刻认识法学有着极其重要的意义。毕竟跳出一种学科,从另外一种学科的视域去观察,应该会有某种不同的启示,尽管这在初期可能是浅显的,甚或存有粗陋之处。
There is absolutely no connection between law and literature. Through the comparison of linguistic perspective, we reveal the connection and difference between legal language and literary language. In specific contexts, we can also well understand the similarities and differences between law and literature. This new interpretation may be of great significance to the profound understanding of jurisprudence. After all, jumping out of a discipline and looking at it from another discipline’s perspective should have some sort of revelation, though it may be superficial or rude in its infancy.
