本文报道用首乌、葛粉等配制成保健食品,经43人口服3个月实验,结果表明,服用含首乌的保健Ⅰ号食品后,高脂血症组受试者血脂浓度明显下降,血甘油三酯降低者占总数的100%,平均降低百分数为29.4%,最强效76%,胆固醇降低者占65%;便秘组显效率达100%;神经衰弱组受试者症状明显改善者占83%.
