执法检查是各级人大行使监督职权的一种法定方式,也是保证宪法和法律在本行政区域贯彻执行的重要手段。经过多年的实践,执法检查已经成为各级人大年度工作中不可或缺的履职内容,而且总体成效不断增强。然而也还有不少地方由于对执法检查的重要意义认识不足,选题随意、准备仓促、措施单调、整改不力等现象依然存在,年年都检查,效果不明显。扭转这种“走过场”式的执法检查,切实提高执法检查
Law enforcement inspection is a statutory way for people’s congresses at all levels to exercise their supervisory powers and is also an important means of ensuring the implementation of the Constitution and laws in their respective administrative regions. After many years of practice, law enforcement inspection has become an indispensable duty performance content for the annual work of people’s congresses at all levels, and the overall effectiveness has been continuously enhanced. However, there are still many places due to the lack of understanding of the importance of law enforcement inspection, random selection, preparation for rush, monotonous measures, and improper rectification and other phenomena still exist. Inspection every year, the effect is not obvious. To reverse this “walk through the field” type of law enforcement inspection, and effectively improve law enforcement inspection
