醇酸直接酯化是合成酯类的重要反应。但使用分子筛为酯化反应的催化剂,尚未被广泛研究和应用。本年代初難波征太郎等注意到合成沸石能催化皂化反应,并用电导法测定水解速度。王秋莹等应用分子筛催化丙烯酸和一缩二乙二醇酯化反应,从反应生成水量来求反应产率。本文采用合成沸石在液相中催化醇酸直接合成三十多种酯。 本法可用于合成伯、仲、叔醇羧酸酯,产物纯度高,合成沸石可回收使用,可成为工业酯化的一种方法。
Direct alkyd esterification is an important reaction for the synthesis of esters. However, the use of molecular sieve as esterification catalyst has not been widely studied and applied. At the beginning of this year, Namba Taro et al noted that synthetic zeolite can catalyze the saponification reaction and measure the hydrolysis rate by conductivity method. Wang Qiuying and other molecular sieve catalytic acrylic acid and diethylene glycol esterification reaction, the amount of water generated from the reaction to seek the reaction yield. In this paper, the synthesis of zeolite in the liquid phase catalytic alkyd direct synthesis of more than thirty kinds of esters. This method can be used to synthesize primary, secondary and tertiary alcohol carboxylic esters with high product purity and the synthetic zeolite can be recycled and used as a method for industrial esterification.
