目的:建立自动固相微萃取(SPME)-气相色谱/三重四极杆串联质谱法(GC-QqQ-MS/MS)分析饮用水中11种痕量邻苯二甲酸酯类化合物(PAEs)的方法。方法:选用85μm聚丙烯酸酯(PA)萃取纤维,在CTC全自动固相微萃取装置上,对水样中的PAEs自动萃取富集,然后插入GC进样口,在270℃下解吸后,采用气相色谱/三重四极杆串联质谱在多反应监测(MRM)模式下进行外标法定量测定。结果:11种PAEs的检出限为0.0004μg/L~0.06μg/L,回收率为79.3%~129.0%,相对标准偏差为6.8%~22.7%(n=5)。结论:本方法简便、快速、灵敏,能同时准确定性定量测定饮用水中11种邻苯二甲酸酯。
OBJECTIVE: To establish a method for the determination of eleven trace phthalates (PAEs) in drinking water by automatic solid-phase microextraction (SPME) -chromatography / triple quadrupole mass spectrometry (GC-QQQ-MS / MS) method. Methods: The fibers were extracted with 85μm polyacrylate (PA). The PAEs in the water samples were automatically extracted and enriched on the CTC automatic solid-phase microextraction device and then inserted into the GC inlet. After being desorbed at 270 ℃, Gas Chromatography / Triple Quadrupole Tandem Mass Spectrometry External standard quantification in MRM mode. Results: The detection limits of 11 PAEs ranged from 0.0004 μg / L to 0.06 μg / L. The recoveries ranged from 79.3% to 129.0%. The relative standard deviations (RSDs) ranged from 6.8% to 22.7% (n = 5). Conclusion: The method is simple, rapid and sensitive, and can simultaneously qualitative and quantitative determination of 11 kinds of phthalates in drinking water.
