现代公司制度起源于西方,是现代社会普遍流行的企业组织形式。近代中国在“仿行西法创设公司”的过程中,根据中国国情对其加以变革,从而使得近代中国的公司产生了家族企业、员工队伍同乡化与行帮化和“官利”制度等有悖于现代企业制度规范但却符合国情的制度性变异。探析近代中国公司制度“淮桔成枳”的变异及本土特色,有助于深化近代中国企业史乃至民族资本主义发展史的研究,对于促进当今中国企业的公司制度建设,亦具有历史启鉴意义。
Modern company system originated in the West, is a popular form of business organizations in modern society.
