濒临东海之滨的海光电炭厂,位于华北强地震区,设计烈度为9度的沉积沙滩地上.地耐力又只有8T/m~2。车间建筑面积964m~2.跨度18m~2,内设DDO型5~T电动单梁吊车2台,建筑结构造型为:屋面为石棉瓦,双坡水:“细胞”式屋盖系统,钢柱,钢吊车梁:钢门、钢窗及砖墙。试验厂房剖面(见图2)。该厂房的施工图设计在79年11月完成,80年底初步建成,81年投产。由于厂房的主要构件都采用了钢结构,特别是屋盖系统采用了3×3m的方锥体“细胞”式组合钢结构,构件类型单一,材料易得,加工和运输较方便,拼装要求也不高,又可用小型起重机械整体吊装,达到了“节省基建资金,上马较快”的建设要求。
