根据国家环境保护“七·五”计划,保护饮用水水源地的水质,使作为城市饮用水水源地的江、河、湖、库的水质达到国家二级水质标准的要求。为此,水电部在86年底召开的全国水资源保护工作会议上提出了水利部门要重视水源地水质保护工作的要求。为进一步加强水源地的保护工作,落实国家“七·五”计划和部水资源保护“七·五”计划,4月18日～20日,水电部水资源办公室和水文局在贵州召开了城市供水水库水质调查评
