重金属镉可使小麦幼苗细胞膜透性增大,根系活力下降,MDA积累增加,SOD,POD活性上升,且POD活性上升更为显著.这些变化都与镉浓度呈正相关.向镉胁迫溶液中加入Zn~(2+),10~(-3)mol·L~(-1),能使镉毒害引起的生理生化变化得以不同程度的恢复,Cd~(2+),10~(-5)mol·L~(-1)的毒害基本可以完全解除,Cd~(2+),10~(-4)mol·L~(-1)毒害能被绝大部分解除,但对Cd~(2+),10~(-3)mol·L~(-1)毒害的解除效果较差,根系活力只能恢复至对照的60%.
