中职学校有其自身特点,对于中职学生的管理工作一直是广大班主任及学校管理者关注的重点问题。本文是基于提高中职学校班主任有效开展工作的目的出发,就班主任如何实现与学生家长有效沟通这一问题展开了探讨。
Secondary vocational schools have their own characteristics, for the management of secondary vocational students has been the majority of class directors and school administrators focus on the key issues. This article is based on the purpose of improving the effective work of headteachers in secondary vocational schools, and discusses how the class teacher can communicate effectively with parents.
