本文采用自制电热恒温石英管还原气化冷原子吸收光谱法，直接测定了六味地黄丸中的痕量汞。方法检出限为0·1PPb；回收率为90～98％；相对标准偏差为4．3％。该方法简便，重现性好，准确度高。可用于中成药中痕量汞的测定。
In this paper, self-made electric heated quartz tube reduction gasification cold atomic absorption spectrometry, direct determination of trace amounts of mercury in Liu Wei Di Huang Wan. The method detection limit was 0.1 ppb; the recovery was 90-98%; the relative standard deviation was 4.3%. The method is simple, reproducible, and highly accurate. It can be used for the determination of trace mercury in proprietary Chinese medicines.
