构建社会主义和谐社会,是中国共产党从全面建设小康社会、开创中国特色社会主义事业新局面的全局出发提出的一项重大任务。工会如何在构建和谐社会中发挥作用?首先要最大限度地组织职工,积极投身改革发展,在构建社会主义和谐社会中建功立业;其次是切实履行维护职责,化解劳动争议,维护社会稳定;同时要切实为困难职工排忧解难,当好职工的贴心人。
Building a socialist harmonious society is a major task set forth by the Communist Party of China from the overall situation of building a well-off society in an all-round way and creating a new situation in the cause of socialism with Chinese characteristics. How trade unions play a role in building a harmonious society? First of all, we should maximize the organization of workers, actively participate in the reform and development, in building a harmonious socialist society, founding a successful career; followed by the effective implementation of their duties to resolve labor disputes and maintain social stability; Solve difficulties for workers, good workers, caring people.
