新课程标准明确提出了面向21世纪的新理念。教师传统的教育观被打破,突出了以学生发展为本的思想,开始关注学生的学习状况,关注学生的发展。但是,改革中也出现了新问题。实验教材是由问题情境开始的,情境教学取代了口算的位置,教学中使得教师通常考虑最多的是如何创造情境。口算教学也日渐成为一线数学教师难以把握。也是当今课改下最突出的问题。
