以天然植物成份麦芽提取液为受试物，以肿瘤抑制基因Ｐ５３ 为靶基因，利用现代分子生物学技术手段，用已知序列Ｐ５３ 引物，进行ＰＣＲ扩增，获得特定的ＤＮＡ片段测序，从而对麦芽提取液抗癌抗突变作用的分子机制进行了探讨。
