在DD2镍基单晶材料上采用阴极电弧镀(APD)制备NiCrAlY防护涂层,对扩散处理涂层、塑变处理涂层以及塑变与时效处理涂层的相组成与组织结构以及密度的变化进行了系统的试验研究。结果指出,塑变不仅能使扩散处理中析出的NiAl回溶到基体中去,同时还能明显改变涂层的致密度,使密度提高约30%。塑变Ni3Al基体在随后的高温(1100℃)时效处理中,又发生NiAl相的重新析出,NiAl相的析出使基体获得弥散强化
The NiCrAlY protective coating was prepared on the DD2 nickel base single crystal material by cathodic arc plating (APD).
