目的研究白藜芦醇、白藜芦醇二聚体δ-viniferin及其乙酰化物对微循环的改善作用。方法采用腹腔内给药的方式,记录血流速度、输入管径、输出管径、每秒血流量及毛细血管开放量,对比前后差值。结果白藜芦醇二聚体δ-viniferin及其乙酰化物能明显增大正常小鼠耳廓微细动静脉口径,增加毛细血管开放量,增加血流速度。结论白藜芦醇二聚体δ-viniferin及其乙酰化物能明显改善微循环,对微循环障碍可发挥积极的治疗作用。
Objective To study the effects of resveratrol and resveratrol dimer δ-viniferin and their acetylations on microcirculation. Methods The method of intraperitoneal administration was used to record the blood flow velocity, the input diameter, the output diameter, the blood flow per second and the amount of capillary opening, comparing the difference before and after. Results Resveratrol dimer δ-viniferin and its acetylation can significantly increase the diameter of the auricular fine arteriovenous artery in normal mice, increase the amount of capillary opening and increase the blood flow velocity. Conclusion Resveratrol dimer δ-viniferin and its acetylation can significantly improve microcirculation and can play an active therapeutic role in microcirculation disturbance.
