为开阔野外种菇的场地,几年来我们分别在果园、稻田及菜园地进行试种,但由于季节以及作物管理方面所存在的一些干扰因素,其结果不甚理想。1988年我们摸索在甘蔗田行间套种蘑菇,获得了甘蔗蘑菇双丰收,且甘蔗的出糖率也相应提高,现将栽培技术介绍如下:
