目的:探讨对消化内科病房低年资护士实施全程导师制带教模式,提高低年资护士的护理水平和患者满意度。方法:选取我院消化内科2011-2014年低年资护士40例,随机分成两组,试验组采用全程导师制的带教模式,对照组采用常规带教模式,比较两组的理论知识、技术操作以及病人的满意度。结果:消化内科对低年资护理人员采用全程导师制带教模式的理论和操作得分以及病人对护士满意度均高于传统组且差异有统计学意义,试验组满意度是88.95%,而对照组是73.46%。结论:消化内科中病房中对低年资护士中采用全程导师制带教模式规范化培训能够显著提高护理工作质量和患者满意度,是护士培训的有效方式且具有一定的借鉴意义。
Objective: To explore the implementation of full-time mentoring mode for low-grade nurses in gastroenterology wards to improve the nursing level and patient satisfaction of nurses of lower seniority. Methods: Forty cases of low-grade nurses from 2011 to 2014 in our hospital were randomly divided into two groups. The experimental group adopted the mentoring mode of the whole mentor. The control group adopted the common teaching mode. The theoretical knowledge and technique of the two groups were compared Operation and patient satisfaction. Results: The theoretical and operational scores of using full-time mentoring mode and the satisfaction degree of patients with nurses in lower senior nursing staff were significantly higher than those in the traditional group, the satisfaction rate of the experimental group was 88.95% The group is 73.46%. Conclusion: It is an effective way to nurse training and has some reference significance for nurses to use standard ward training mode standardized training in low-grade nurses in the ward of the department of gastroenterology to improve the quality of nursing work and patients’ satisfaction.
