目的建立搪瓷食具容器中锑溶出量的双道原子荧光光谱测定方法。方法搪瓷食具容器洗干净后加入4%沸乙酸溶液至距上口边缘1 cm处(边缘有花彩者则要浸过花面),加上玻璃盖,在不低于20℃的室温下浸泡24 h,取2 ml浸泡液用原子荧光光谱法测定。测定条件:负高压为270 V;灯电流为60 m A;原子化器温度为200℃,原子化器高度为8 mm;载气流量为400 ml/min;屏蔽气流量为1 000 ml/min。结果实验表明,方法在选定的实验条件下于0μg/L~10μg/L时线性良好,相关系数为0.999 9,检出限为9.4×10-5mg/L,加标回收率为87.0%~102.3%,方法精密度(RSD)为1.20%~3.87%。结论该方法具有简便快速、灵敏度高、准确度好等特点,适合于搪瓷食具容器中锑溶出量的测定。
Objective To establish a dual-channel atomic fluorescence spectrometry method for the determination of antimony in earthenware containers. Methods After the enamel food container was washed, add 4% boiling acetic acid solution to 1 cm from the edge of the top mouth (the edge of the festoon have to be dipped in the face), plus the glass cover, at room temperature not lower than 20 ℃ Soak 24 h, take 2 ml soaking solution by atomic fluorescence spectrometry. Measurement conditions: Negative high voltage 270 V; lamp current 60 m A; Atomizer temperature 200 ° C; Atomizer height 8 mm; Carrier gas flow 400 ml / min; Shield gas flow 1 000 ml / min . Results The experimental results showed that the method showed a good linearity at 0μg / L ~ 10μg / L under the selected experimental conditions, the correlation coefficient was 0.999 9, the detection limit was 9.4 × 10-5mg / L, the recoveries were 87.0% 102.3%, the method precision (RSD) was 1.20% ~ 3.87%. Conclusion The method is simple, rapid, sensitive and accurate. It is suitable for the determination of antimony in enamel containers.
