一、前言金相制样,是金相分析工作中不可缺少,而且又是一项非常繁锁细致工作。为了提高工作效率适应日常检验工作需要,我厂从1974年开始,改用砂盘机械磨样,工作效率提高十几倍,且大大节约了昂贵的金相砂纸。今年又在此基础上,根据电解浸蚀的原理,应用到电解抛光上,使工作效率及样品质量又有了进一步提高,现已推广应用。二、砂盘磨样简介砂盘磨样,就是在原来抛光机的抛光盘上浇上一层金刚砂、硬酯酸、二硫化钼混合液,待凝固后即可使用。用时只需将金相切
