随着经济社会的不断发展和进步,人力资源服务业的发展逐渐受到社会的重视,成为了21世纪新兴产业。本文对当今我国人力资源服务业发展所面临的挑战和难题进行了总结,对国外先进人力资源服务业发展策略适当引进,结合我国人力资源服务业自身发展特点以及发展趋势提出了改善我国人力资源服务业发展现状的一些建议。
