目的:多西紫杉醇对人宫颈癌细胞放射增敏作用的研究。方法:将Hela细胞培养在不同浓度的多西紫杉醇溶液中,在不同的时间,3小时、6小时、12小时、24小时的时候对Hela细胞进行0~8Gy的6MV X线照射,观察各组细胞在不同时间内的增敏效果。结果:没有进行预处理细胞的放射增敏比为0.99,3个小时的预处理细胞的放射增敏比为1.19,6个小时的预处理细胞的放射增敏比为1.29,12个小时的预处理细胞的放射增敏比为1.68,24个小时的预处理细胞的放射增敏比为1.72,从中可以看出时间在6小时到12小时的时间内放射增敏比呈现出不断增长的趋势。结论:多西紫杉醇对人宫颈癌细胞有放射增敏作用。
AIM: To investigate the radiosensitization effect of docetaxel on human cervical cancer cells. Methods: Hela cells were cultured in different concentrations of docetaxel solution. Hela cells were irradiated with 6MV X-ray of 0 ~ 8Gy at different time, 3 hours, 6 hours, 12 hours and 24 hours. Sensitization of cells at different times. RESULTS: The radiosensitization ratio of pretreated cells without pretreatment was 0.99, that of pretreated cells at 3 hours was 1.19, and that of pretreated cells at 6 hours was 1.29 at 12 hours The radiosensitization ratio of treated cells was 1.68, and the radiosensitization ratio of pretreated cells for 24 hours was 1.72. It can be seen that the radiosensitivities tended to increase continuously within the period of 6 hours to 12 hours. Conclusion: Docetaxel has a radiosensitizing effect on human cervical cancer cells.
