弧焊过程自动跟踪和自动排列焊道技术研究研究了接触式两维跟踪、自示教跟踪和自动排列焊道技术。接触式两维跟踪传感器以光电转移方式把位移量用电信号输出,控制器使执行机构的调节速度与偏差量成正比,保证焊枪平稳进入正确位置;自示教跟踪装置综合了多项新技术,实现了较高精度的位置与速度的协调控制,焊出均匀、平滑、美观的焊缝;自动排列焊道装置能适时自动测量焊层宽度,自动规划和排列焊道,焊出优质焊缝。
