现代企业的竞争是人才的竞争,知识型人才已成为企业最重要的财富。2010年五月中央新疆工作座谈会的召开,将给新疆的经济社会带来前所未有的跨越式发展机遇,同时也给新疆企业知识型员工提出了高的要求,带来了更大的压力。因此在新的经济发展时期,新疆地区企业知识型员工的工作压力不可忽视。本文在前人研究成果的基础上结合新疆企业知识型员工的特点进行分析进而为组织中的压力管理提供科学的依据与合理的策略导向,做到未雨绸缪。
The competition of modern enterprises is the competition of talents, and knowledge-based talents have become the most important asset of the company. The convening of the Central Xinjiang Work Conference in May 2010 will bring unprecedented opportunities for economic and social development in Xinjiang. At the same time, it also puts high demands on knowledge workers of Xinjiang enterprises and brings greater pressure. Therefore, during the new period of economic development, the work pressure of the knowledge-based employees in the Xinjiang region cannot be ignored. Based on the results of previous studies, this paper combines the characteristics of knowledge workers in Xinjiang enterprises to provide scientific basis and reasonable tactical guidance for stress management in the organization, so as to prepare for the rainy day.
