本文介绍了一种PVC-M管材耐冲击性能用高速落锤冲击试验机替代传统自由落体式冲击试验机的设计及应用情况。该高速落锤冲击试验机主要由撞击系统、扑捉装置、支撑试样底座等部分组成,其中撞击系统是该试验机的核心,实现将弹性势能替代重力势能转化为动能,达到降低试验机高度的目的。该装置性能稳定可靠,满足CJ/T272-2008标准对PVC-M管材高速落锤冲击试验的要求。
This article describes the impact resistance of a PVC-M pipe using high-speed drop hammer impact testing machine to replace the traditional free-fall impact testing machine design and application. The high-speed drop-hammer impact testing machine is mainly composed of an impact system, a catching device and a supporting sample base. The impact system is the core of the testing machine, so that the potential energy instead of the gravitational potential energy is converted into kinetic energy to reduce the height of the testing machine the goal of. The device performance is stable and reliable, to meet the CJ / T272-2008 standard PVC-M pipe drop hammer impact test requirements.
