科技是促进循环经济发展的重要因素,积极推动我国循环经济发展,存在一定制约因素,应深化科技促进我国循环经济发展的各项举措。加强循环经济基础科学研究,构建循环经济的技术创新体系,借助技术创新战略联盟推进循环经济产学研深入合作,以强化促进循环经济发展的科技支撑体系;依托电子商务整合循环经济技术市场,培养和造就循环经济亟需的科技人才,加大循环经济科技投入,提高循环经济科技成果转化速度和效率,以优化循环经济的科技政策体系;健全服务于循环经济的科技中介体系,加强数字化循环经济信息平台建设,以完善科技促进循环经济发展的基础保障体系。
