根据“中、西德农业科学技术合作协定”的规定,我国农牧渔业部1982年派赴西德植保专家进修组共10人,4月21日离北京到西德法兰克福。先由巴塞夫公司安排住在路德维希港,介绍西德一些情况,组织参观公司试验站,4日26日分赴拜耳、巴塞夫、赫斯特、先灵、赛拉马克、瓦克六家化学公司进修。7月4日再次集中,由西德农业部和赫斯特公司安排,先后经波恩、科隆、汉堡、西柏林、汉诺威、布隆施威、爱恩贝克、维层豪斯等地回法兰克福。沿途参观访问了联邦农业部,联邦生物科学研究院及所属真菌病毒、果树、蔬菜、情报等
According to the “Agreement on Cooperation in Science and Technology between China and West Germany”, the Ministry of Agriculture, Animal Husbandry and Fishery of China dispatched a group of 10 experts for plant protection experts in West Germany in 1982, leaving Beijing to West Germany on April 21.
