为了适应经济的快速发展,培养既掌握专业知识,又精通外语的复合型国际化人才,与国外高等教育接轨,我国教育部于2001年出台了《关于加强高等学校本科教学工作,提高教学质量的若干意见》(教高[2001]4号),明确指出本科教育要创造条件积极推动使用英语等外语进行双语教学,要求高等学校各专业开设5%-10%比例的双语课程。
In order to adapt to the rapid economic development, it is necessary to cultivate a complex internationalized talent who not only masters professional knowledge but also is proficient in foreign languages and is in line with foreign higher education. In 2001, the Ministry of Education of China promulgated the Circular on Strengthening Undergraduate Teaching in Higher Education and Improving Teaching Quality Several Opinions "(Jiaogao [2001] No.4) clearly stipulated that undergraduate education should create conditions to actively promote bilingual teaching in foreign languages such as English, and require colleges and universities to offer 5% -10% bilingual courses in various fields.
