在油松纯林内选择6块样地,通过对抽测样木上卵、幼虫及树下土层中虫蛹的调查,对带岭新松叶蜂的空间分布型及抽样技术进行了研究。其结果看出,该峰的卵、幼虫、蛹的空间分布均呈无确定数学模式的聚集分布,虫口密度越大,聚集度越高。其抽样方法,除蛹期的单对角线法外。各种方法均能较好地代表总体的主要特征,在实际工作中均可使用。
Six sample plots were selected from pure Pinus tabulaeformis forest, and the spatial distribution patterns and sampling techniques of Pinctada martensii were studied through the investigation of the eggs, larvae and the pupae in soil under the tree sample. The results showed that the spatial distribution of eggs, larvae and pupae of the peak showed an aggregate distribution with no definite mathematical model. The higher the population density was, the higher the aggregation degree was. The sampling method, except during the pupal single-diagonal method. A variety of methods can better represent the main features of the overall, can be used in practical work.
